3-Phase Group Winding Heads

Model 2103
Advanced design for 3-phase motors from 1/4 - 75 H.P. Its four permanently attached cranks adjust winding arms in pairs simultaneously. Built-in easy to read scale assures accuracy. The winding arms are rigid under load and mounts easily on Crown coil winding drives or any turning device with 13 1/2" swing.

Model 2106
Advance design for three phase motors from fractional HP to over 300 HP.
Four permanently mounted cranks adjust winding arms in pairs simultaneously.
Easy to read scales for each set of winding arms assures accuracy. Graduated scales read 1/4" increments. Winding arms are rigid under load. Winds six identical coils. Can be used for continuity phase winding. Mounts easily on Crown coil winding drives or any turning device with an 18" swing. Can be easily mounted by one person as head weights only 27 lbs. Winding fingers revolve from their locked position for easy coil removal.

Model: 2101

Universal Head

For winding armature, solenoid, field, motor and similar coils from a single wire, without soldering. This model has six adjustable spindles with removable sleeves, each with 9 aluminum spacing washers. An extra winding spool is furnished as a wire guide. The winding spools are removable and replaceable with sidewall retainers (4 pairs included) for deep coil winding. It mounts easily on any Crown coil winder drive or turning device with 10" or larger swing.

Midget Head

The midget head is ideal for all small coils, including automotive field coils. Fast, accurate adjustment with built-in easy to read scale. It comes complete with six field coil winding bobbins and extra wire guide spool. The winding bobbins are removable and can be replaced with a sidewall retainer for deep coils (4 pairs included). It mounts on any Crown coil winding drives or turning device with 6" or larger swing.
